1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products.

Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.

2. Eligible Returns (Unopened Products Only) ✅

A product may only be eligible for return if:

The product is unopened and in its original manufacturer-sealed packaging.

The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

You provide the original invoice, packaging, and proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

Damaged packaging

Wrong product

Short shipment

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery at info@maximanutrition.com with:

Your order ID

Clear unboxing photos/videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will:

Arrange for a replacement if available, OR

Issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

> Important: Without unboxing proof, refunds or replacements cannot be processed.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products

Products purchased on sale, discounts, or promotional bundles

Pre-workouts, fat burners, and stimulant-based supplements

Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase.

Processing Time: 7 to 10 working days

Shipping charges, COD fees, and service fees are non-refundable.

Certain pre-workouts and fat burners may contain stimulants or substances that are restricted or illegal in some countries.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
